In November 2023 we bought one of Tallahassee’s lowest-scoring roadside hotels. After a studs-to-ceiling transformation, we reopened as BOB Hotel (Boutique on Budget) in July 2024. One year later, we’re the #2 hotel in town on TripAdvisor.
