Included with every stay

• The Marketplace: ramen and ready meals for when you don't want to go back out.
• Early check-in, subject to availability: $100 from 7:00 to 10:59 AM, $50 from 11:00 AM to 1:59 PM, $25 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
• Late checkout: $25 for 1 PM, $50 for 2 PM and $75 for 3 PM.
• Dogs: welcome for $55 per night.

What we don't have

• No microwave in the room. Use the guest microwave at the Marketplace.
• No swimming in winter. The pool closes in the cold months.
• We're not downtown. We're on Capital Circle NW, right off I-10: about 10 minutes by car to FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium, about 5 to FAMU and about 12 to the airport.
• No check-in under 18. Guests have to be 18 or older to check in.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.

The rooms

We have 78 rooms: Kings, Double Queens and five ADA Queen rooms. Check-in is 3 PM and checkout is 11 AM. A King works for one or two people. A Double Queen fits a family, or two friends who'd rather not share a bed. Every room gets the same basics: the four-star mattress, smart TV, mini fridge, safe and desk. So a typical stay looks like this: check in at 3, swim if it's warm, pizza from The Café in the evening, a long sleep, waffles in the morning, and out by 11. Or pay for a slower morning.
